SHIPPING

Getting your purchase to you in a timely manner is important to us. We propose a choice of two deliveries options.
•    Standard delivery via DPD (9,95 euros): 3 to 4 business days for orders placed before 1 p.m.
•    Express delivery via Chronopost (14,95 euros): 2 to 3 business days for orders placed before 1 p.m.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If you change your mind regarding your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days. The return timeline starts the day when you receive the order. Items must be returned in their original condition (along with any accompanying accessories). Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. Items returned should not be:
•    Altered
•    Refiled
•    Partially missing items.

Please note that the right to withdraw does not apply to any bespoke Goods you purchase from us (i.e. Goods that we create to your specification or are clearly personalised). The right of withdrawal does also not apply to Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery.
Returns that are not compliant with our return conditions won’t be accepted.
Biologique Recherche shall provide the customer with a refund subject to your return being accepted.
Please allow 3-5 days for return processing. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as MyBR.com credit. Card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time.
