A true innovation resulting from scientific research, the Collagène Originel serum acts on the 4 main types of collagen to redensify the skin in 3 dimensions. A unique combination of 4 active ingredients, it promotes the production of types I and III collagen, the most abundant in the skin, and types IV and VII to improve the appearance of the dermal-epidermal junction. It thus significantly reduces the length of wrinkles.

A first in cosmetics, it contains at its core Type-0 Collagen©, a patented Biologique Recherche active ingredient. As “type 0”, this collagen is the mother of all collagens and has particular affinities with the different types of collagen. It acts in particular on the production of collagen VII to promote exchanges between the dermis and the epidermis, which tend to decrease with age.

Collagen is essential for the skin because it enables it to regenerate and stay firm. This structural protein evolved over centuries, becoming progressively more complex to create 28 types of collagen with specific biological functions. Among the most important at the cutaneous level, we find type I and III collagens. These are the most abundant collagens in the skin: they create dermal density to add firmness to the skin. Type IV and VII collagens are found at the dermal-epidermal junction. They help anchor the epidermis to the dermis to guarantee the skin’s mechanical strength and control cellular exchanges between the two layers of the skin.
