Shipping & Return

Receive your purchase in a timely manner, thanks to our premium carrier UPS. We are pleased to offer you:

• Standard shipping - $9,95 for orders under $75 (7 to 8 business days.)
• Express shipping - $25.00 (2 business days for orders placed by 12pm ET.)

If you change your mind regarding your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days. The return timeline starts the day when you receive the order. Items must be returned in their original condition (along with any accompanying accessories). Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. Items returned should not be:

• Opened (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
• Used
• Altered
• Refiled
• Partially missing items.

Returns that are not compliant with our return conditions won’t be accepted.

Biologique Recherche shall provide the customer with a refund subject to your return being accepted.

Please allow 3-5 days for return processing. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as MyBR.com credit. Card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time.
